By installing or using AI Analyzer ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
AI Analyzer estimates the probability that a piece of content (text, image, screenshot, video, audio) was generated or substantially manipulated by AI. It does this by running the content through multiple third-party AI-detection providers and presenting an ensemble result with a plain-language explanation.
AI detection is a probabilistic, evolving discipline. Verdicts are estimates. You must not use AI Analyzer as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, academic, medical, journalistic, or reputational consequences. We are not responsible for harm caused by acting on a verdict. When detectors disagree, the app says so explicitly — please respect that signal.
Free users get 3 analyses per day, text and image only, with interstitial ads between sessions. Premium users get unlimited analyses, access to video and audio detection (where available), the full multi-provider ensemble, and no ads. Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Don't use the app to:
You keep ownership of any content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a short-lived, non-exclusive license to send it to the detection providers and to generate a result. We do not store, distribute, or train on your content.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't promise specific accuracy levels and we don't promise specific providers will remain available — the ensemble composition will change over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for any account that violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
